1, 2…2

You gotta love the WWE haven’t you? There is blatant sexism, racism, ageism and every other ism you can think of and yet it is the longest running episodic tv show in history! This week poor Daniel Bryan got stripped of his WWE title as the powers that be don’t like him much as he has a beard – faceism. Still, with all the crowd shouting the ref’s count every time, it is entertaining stuff. Now all together 1,2…2 kick out on 2!

Now, Jim Goldie reckons he can deliver a 1-2 in the Ayr Gold cup with Jack Dexter and Hawkeyethenoo but I disagree. I have a real soft spot for this race and have had some nice winners in recent years by following a simple formula. There are a number of stats that can help us. Rule out any horse older than 6 and younger than 4, these have terrible records. Find a horse rated between 97 and 105 but set to carry 9 stone plus. This leaves us with a shortlist of 9 horses between Spinatrix and Baccarat. Now horses who havent run for a while and multiple winners this season are both ruled out. So now we are left with Mass Rally, Humidor and Nocturn. Of these 3 Mass Rally is by far the most interesting and is the 1 I am selecting today. Take the 22s with BetVictor and watch Mass Rally win the Ayr Gold Cup at 3.50pm.

Our big ante post selection Chapter Seven is due to run at Newbury today. I am presuming that this is intended to give D. Mcdonogh a feel of the horse and am hoping that he rides it next week in the Cambridgeshire. The ground is soft enough for him today so back him at 14s with bet365 to win the 2.55 at Newbury.
