It’s important whe betting, to keep your focus on the long term as well as the short term. Over at Wetherby, I like the look of Trustan Times in the 2.0, as first time out is definitely the best time to catch him and he has improved over the summer, so I’m told by the Duke Of Fluckenburgh. Take the 3s. Then in the finale at 4.05, Ardlui looks like he has a good chance to show his improvement from the flat can be carried over to the jumps, 4s looks ok to me.
Finally, we shall head over to Newmarket and show some patience as we wait until 2.20 to watch Credit Swap make amends for last year’s unlucky second in ths race. He ran a good race against Tinghir at Ascot, should improve for that run and looks like he has been laid out for this race. The 8s is a very generous offer. Snap their hands off!
